Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — change from monthly pass to trip base

Dear sir,
My name is rajesh tiwari and my vehicle number is dl1lq7881. My rfid tag is registered as monthly pass. I want to covert my rfid tag monthly pass to trip base. And i have send my request from my mail id [protected]@gmail.com to your mail id [protected]@gmail.com, two times. But i didn't received any reply or message for change of status. Due to this i am to pay rs.200/= per trip.
Kindly convert my rfid tag monthly pass to trip base at the earliest.
