Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — complaining about menace the stray dogs create

Respected concerned authority,
I am manika sadh, resident house no-32 street no-2 shankar nagar, delhi-51. I am concerned about the dogs in my locality. They are making living here difficult. The stray dogs barks a lot, sometimes whole night and we cannot step out of our house at night because there is a dog fight everytime. I have a 2 month old baby who cannot sleep and cries at night because of the dog barking.
Kindly look into this matter and take a step.
