Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — complaining of heap of garbage in the plot just next to our house.

I'm hemang pandey, residence of sant nagar, burari delhi-84, gali no.113/11.
There is a plot just beside our house, where heap of garbage is lying for a long time, which is making walls of our house damp and moist.
Such an environment invites lot of fungi and microbes which could further make us ill and consequently the society. So, urgent steps are needed.
