Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — complaint against construction

Dear Sir/Madam,

I Najmuddin owner of Res of 4728, Gali Razzia Begam, Hauz Quazi, Delhi-110006.

My Tenant Munna has started illegal construction on my above mentioned property without my permission saying that he is repairing the damaged portion but unfortunately he has damaged all the rooms and re reconstructed due to this it start damaging in my premises i.e Ground Floor

Due to this construction my portion is affected badly.

As we have already complaint in Police as well as MCD but unfortunately no action has taken yet.

So i may request you to plz take this matter very seriously.
