My name is jaswinder singh add i 51 arya samaj road uttam nagar new delhi 110059 mobile number [protected]/[protected]

My complaints againts dog barking me today... He is aggresive pet dog.. I have 2-3 children in our house dog owner dont keep it tied and the dog has attacked me and my family before this... Its serious issue and we fear not to attack again us

Pls take a serious action against him
