Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — complaint against mobile tower in residential area

Respected sir,
I am resident of gali no-8, sukhbir nagar, near karala, delhi-110081. This is totally residential area, here my neighbourhood had installed tower on their top of building. We are already suffering the pain of high pollution in delhi, we have infants, and old aged persons at home, kindly help us with respect to this issue.
