Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — complaint against open sewer pipe for r/o h-22 1 floor o. d. s, lajpat nagar-4

Dear sir,

I am the resident of property bearing no h-19 (Ground floor) old double storey, lajpat nagar - 4, would like to inform you that ms. Ritu kapoor who resides at h-22 first floor old double storey (O. D. S), lajpat nagar-4 and runs a p. G at same place where she used to wash her courtyard, mop, dustbin bucket etc. And that water direct goes to the sewer earlier but now she has fixed the open pipe and drainage water flows downward directly on the ground floor and spread in front of our gate and it causes of the breeding of mosquitoes and spread the diseases especially now these days of pandemic of coronavirus.
And moreover she has a support of her neighbour i. E. Ms. Gagan bedi and her mother who are residence of h-22/24, 2nd floor o. D. S., lajpat nagar -4, new delhi 110024 and the reason of behind this is she is into unauthorized and illegal construction and we have filed the complaint against her to the deputy commissioner of mcd (Complaint no. – p/11010/dc dated 14th october 2019) and they have to stopped the construction for the time being as per the mcd orders.

Now, both of them create a problem for us on daily basis for making a unnecessary scene, they are provoking and abusing us and misuse the women’s law and charge the false allegations on me and my family.
Further, it’s a request to you please take an action against the outflow of waste water which is the reason o[censored]nwanted diseases and especially covid 19.
