Respected sir/ madam,
With due respect, we are the residents of a block, street no.5 & 5a himgiri enclave, sant nagar, burari, delhi -110084. Our neighbour mr. Nitin kumar, constable delhi police (Presently posted at mukhrjee nagar police station, delhi) r/o khasra no. 23/02 gali no. 5a, house no.3, top floor himgiri enclace, sant nagar, burari, delhi has installed a mobile tower (Jio company) on the roof top of the said property in the residential area.
As per the mcd ref. Id no.2112 dated 28.03.2019 (Attached with this mail as annexure no.1) where mcd has canceled the permission for installation of a tower on the same building even though mr. Nitin kumar has installed a cell tower on the rooftop.
The said building is situated in the densely populated residential area and according to the mcd guidelines no tower can be erected in residential areas. Also as we all know that it causes very harmful effects on humans living nearby and on the guidelines of hon’ble delhi high court towers are not allowed at residential areas, it creates many diseases like cancer, and also affected the infant old people and especially for pregnant women. Its radiation is very harmful for all.
You are therefore requested to take appropriate action and remove it as early as possible.
