Complaint against unauthorised construction and De sealing This property was sealed by monetary committee 1 year back under violation act, But due to water logging in basement of the building, Seal was opened for 1 month to drain the logged water and there also the orders to seal the building again after permitted time, But as there were orders it was not sealed again. Several complaints already been raised to the officials, No action has been taken yet. The officials of NDMC/CLZ i.e RK saroha(E.E), Shree Rm, (J.E), received hefty amount in lakhs from the builder/owner of the propert Action Required : 3.Furthermore, The property in question has to be completely Seal by the officials as per the orders But they are not doing it andThis has not stopped and the work is been doing in very fast and loud manner. several 4.Many complaints have been moved in all department but not any action has been taken yet.
