[Resolved]  Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — Complaint Against Unauthorized Construction and Request for immediate Action

Respected Sir / Madam,

I am writing to formally bring to your attention an unauthorized construction taking place E-330, Jahangir Puri Delhi -110033. This construction is being carried out without proper approvals and poses serious concern regarding safety, legal compliance, and environmental impact. He has both the property as 330 and 331&333. They want to combine the property and take possession of the street and want to connect the roof above. Many people use this street for going to worship and other works. Please do not give permission to possession of the street.

The unauthorized construction has:-

1. Encroached upon public / Private Land, excessive protrusion Causing inconvenience to residents.
2. Violated building regulations and zoning laws.
3. Created safety hazards, such as weak structure and improper infrastructure.

I request you to immediately inspect the site, take necessary legal action, and encircle the area to prevent further illegal activity. Kindly provide an update on the action taken at the earliest.
