The, - MCD comissioner, Delhi, Subject: complaint regarding water logging. Respected sir/Madam, As an aggrieved and overharassed member of public . I wish to complaint against the wrong drainage system of the resident c-6/199 yamuna vihar. They cemented their own drain and now their own drained water is spreading in service lane everywhere. As a result mosquitos are breeding alot there and as dengue is spreading . Though the defaulters have been approached many times, they have not heed to any request. It is therefore, request that the officials should punished the flouters. I hope you will take necessary steps to control this drainage water as early as possible and take strict action against the flouters. I request you to kindly keep my identity as secret.
