Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — complaint regarding per entry 200/- rupees

Dear sir/ma'am,

My concern is that i have entered only one time per day in delhi and 20 day's in a month that's by i always paid 100/- rupees in every entry so the total amount of a month is 2000/-rupees only but now a day's your mcd checkpost/toll bouncers demand 200/- per entry why this happend are you informed publicly in newspaper or any other plateform for raising toll rates, or per entry fee..
Why they guy's are misbehaving with us
If you are not ready to launch the rfid system than why you started this online recharge etc.?
Why you take online payment?

Now you tell me where i go for my issue, your worker's at mcd toll are ready to fight every time, they are unable to understand things,

Please arrange a latter or mcd payment slip in simple hindi language so that i can show it to your bouncers at mcd toll plaza, its very urgent because i am only earning person in my family and you know very well about your workers at mcd toll plaza.
