Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — complaint regarding sewage water in front of your residence

Sir or madam, I would like to hereby inform you that in our place where we live which is a-25x dda flats jahangir puri delhi-33. We are facing a problem of stagnant sewage water right in front of our house which is in turn causing many house flies and mosquitos to fly and not only that causing many health problems as well. This water coming from the kitchen pipeline of a family which lives just above us in a-25y. When we tried to share the concern with them and asked them to please get this fixed they started being violent and said that we won't do anything you can do whatever you want to do or whoever's help you want to seek out. The servant in A block of type VB has brought a young puppy from the streets. As the puppy is creating lot o[censored]nhygine.. arrangements may be made to shift it to a dog care centre. One person is already been affected with infection. Urjent actiion required. Owing to the corona precautions more sanity needs to be maintained.
