Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — Dead cow near my house

Hi, I have tried nearly every MCD number I could find online for this but it says the numbers are invalid. I have called a couple of other organizations, including PETA India but all them have said that it is MCD's responsibility to remove a dead animals body. I am not sure what to do and who to call now.
