Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — deduction of rs.1700 through rfid tag at kundli barrier while my vehicle was loaded with eggs which is an exempt item

My vehicle no. Dl1gc4045 was carrying eggs from banur (Punjab) to delhi as it enters delhi on 28/11/2019 rs.1700 were deducted from my rfid tag at kundli barrier instead of rs.300 and the person on duty said rs.1400 will be credited rfid tag account but sorry to say that till date no credit has been received instead my rfid tag has been blacklisted.
