I want to draw your attention towards a very serious problem that is being faced by the residents of nivedita enclave, a/6, paschim vihar, new delhi.

There is a dog in our society lives in 15-d, nivedita enclave, a/6, paschim vihar, new delhi - 10063 is biting people she is mainly targeting children. It's becoming increasingly difficult for us and our children to go out without fear of being bitten by her.

I want you to look into this problem as soon as possible and take necessary action.

Failure to do so will force us to believe that indeed indian government turns a blind eye to the problems faced by its citizens.
