Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — Dog menace bitting

the same situation everywhere, some dogs are very aggressive and attacks suddenly. one has to be very careful. returning from or going to work at night feels like crossing one of the most dangerous territories. I have few times somehow saved myself from being bitten by aggressive dogs. you have no business and no wrong intentions with dogs whatsoever but some dogs still attack you. I know we can't do much and have to keep surviving with fear. there is no solution to it coz those who feed dogs are good with them and they think the same relationship applies to all other people. you can try to befriend dogs by feeding them but you can't feed them all. also by feeding them they become the boss of that area and menace to all others apart from the feeder. no matter how much you talk about this issue some people will stand against you, ("dogs are innocent, best friend and so on... they are ignorant to see the evil side of stray dogs to others") so truly no solution. as per the survey report, it is noted that India has one of the most dog bite cases in the world (increasingly).
