Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — Dog owner complaint regarding littering waste near premises and garden

There are two couples having 3 dogs that always litters dog's poop in front of our house and public gardern and on stoping them they just start argue and quarrel. The dogs are also vicious and attacks the peddlers out of house and children playing in the park.
