Subject: Problems of stray dogs
Sir:
I am writing to your esteemed self to bring to your notice the nuisance caused by stray dogs in our colony. The number of stray dogs in our colony has risen alarmingly. The rise in their number has led to various other problems such as they create mess in streets.
The gangs of dogs often get involved in fierce wars. These fierce dogs pose serious threats to the safety of residents, especially children playing in the streets. A few children have already been bitten by these dogs. I on behalf of the residents appeal to you to look into.
Please allow me to draw your attention to the stray dogs in this colony.
The dogs have always been there. But they were never before as dangerous as they are these days. These days, the residents fear passing through the colony. The threat of being bitten by a dog is very strong. New pups are there in a very large number. Many of the dogs suffer from skin diseases. It might be contagious. During evenings, the residents. can't move freely. They fear that they might trample over them or be bitten by them.
Please take the necessary steps to help the residents of this colony at the earliest.
