Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — Dumping ground near my house

Respected sir,
There is a dumpster created near my house due to collection of raw material for construction by some other house which is under construction. The raw material is lying near my house from past 6 to 7 months or maybe more. Due to which there are insects n animals like cow roaming around the area (The cows pop their i. E gobber all around) the sanitation of this area has been highly compromised when we asked the sweeper to pick up the dust he refuses to do so
