Hi Sir, I am a resident of Kirti Nagar in West Delhi.Sir There are so many Stray Dogs in kirti nagar these days that it is disturbing for us because they are blocking our movement around.By stray dogs I mean dogs who are no ones Pet..Please take these dogs away Sir..Please Help...We are Looking forward to your Quick Response...Thanks & Best Regards, Neha
