My name Dilpreet kaur. I am living in dwarka puri 9a gali no 13 phase1a om vihar uttam nagar 110059. I would like to bring your kind attention towards a empty plot which is using for garbage dump, it is in very unhygienic and in poor condition. We are facing huge problems due to the unhygienic conditions causing health problems and the owner of that plot is not constructing and not selling.I dont know the owner as I live here on a rented flat and I am a student. The odour smell is also make the air pollute and increasing the mosquitos & flies. We are facing a problem of garbage near about our residence there are so much garbage outside the home that is why so much bad smell are spreading in the area that is why are getting a problem in a breathing so many times our family members got ill. Sometimes these are set on fire from which emitting smoke is very perilous to the health of the residents. Therefore, you are highly requested to take prompt action in this regard and also against the owner of this plot. Thanks
