Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — Garbage man refused to pick garbage

I live in S block Pul pehladpur and the garbage van does not pick up garbage from my area..
Some people throw their garbage in front of my plot and even personally requesting the van driver they refuse to pick up the garbage..
It's been years this is been happening..
