There was a demolition in sealing as per the orders of h'onble supreme court of india in kc % kd blocks ashok vihar, phase i delhi. Now the people have again done illegal constructed.. Why no action is taken against the persons acting in violation of the orders of the court, including the officials who are supporting these activities.
There is a lot of illegal construction that has happened and still continuing happening in flats being used for residential purposes a number of flats are being used for commercial purpose causing multiple problems for residents. .
There is no one to check this trend and the representative of mcd visiting the colony seems to turn a blind eye for the reasons best known to him. The officials are immune to the situation. The residents of ground floor are harassed by the occupants of first and second floor to cover up the open space. Especially senior citizens are being targeted
