Dear Sir, We are living at 104, IIIrd floor, santnagar, East of kailash, new delhi -110065. This building is approved from MCD, but later on the builder of this building has sold the roof to other person . He constructed two rooms on the roof, which later on demolished by MCD and it happened twice. In 2012, again this roof was sold to a person and he has constructed 3 rooms on it. And this person keeps telling to the whole area that this time MCD cannot demolished it, since he has bribed JEs, Chief Engineer and Dy commissioner as well properly. Sir, This building is not designed for carrying extra load and this illegal construction may bring the danger to the life of residents of this building as well as neighbors. As you know Delhi has seen some building collapsed cases in recent past . So please look into the matter as life of several people in danger.
