[Resolved] Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — Illegal construction in DDA MIG flats Vikas Puri New Delhi

Dear Sir/Madam, Illegal construction has been going on in ground floor flat no KG1/519 Vikas Puri N Delhi 18 for the past 10 days. He has demolished the main outer load bearing wall and also removed the beam. Now he is trying to remove another wall. It is completely illegal because DDA has built those walls and demolishing these walls will weaken the building and will lead to crash of the entire building. Since we live on the upper floors, we fear for our lives. I have complained to MCD twice before but no action has been taken. I have the earlier complaints id's with me. I hope they take action quickly. If they take action after a month, the whole purpose of the complaint is lost because by then the construction will be complete.
