This is to bring to your kind notice that i am a resident of rz-162, gali no. 6, dada chatriwala marg, raj nagar 1, palam colony, new delhi-110075 and wish to inform you that some serious unauthorized construction has been done in the parking area of our building. The builder (Mr. Sandeep jain) has buildup 5 story building and he has also made a private office (1 room) in ground floor (Parking area). Apart from this office he has sold 7 parking in this building in just 100 square yard. As per the mcd rules & regulation, if any owner/builder construct 5 story building he has to left ground area for parking purposes but in this case, he has made 5 story building and he has also constructed a room set in parking area which is causing a lot of problems to the residents.
It is pertinent to state that the local administrative body has allowed him to carry on the unauthorized construction by becoming mere spectators. This construction has created a lot of miseries for the residents and is a threat to normal living and if this unauthorized construction is not demolished immediately it will encourage others to follow the same practice.
It is therefore prayed before your good self that immediate action should be taken against him to demolish the unauthorized structure that he has already built.
