This is to inform you about illegal construction of 3rd floor is going in rz 38 dayalsar road. We are ground floor owner as per registry of property we hold 1/3 proportionate land right. At this pandemic time we are stuck in amritsar.in the absence o[censored]s, the owner of 2nd floor mr gian chand dhingra started construction of 3rd floor as result cracks are appearing on walls and roof condition is getting worst (Attaching phots). the building is old and condition is not as good to take load of an extra floor. We have make online complained to mcd on dated 15th july grievance id: grv/wsz/2020/157045. We had also complained to police on 100 number (Unique ref no 1712373 and 1712373) on dated 15h july2020. But the police official did not listen to my brother as we are not present in delhi. We just don't want any mishap in our building.
