I woud like to inform you that our neighbour is altering the standard plan of the severage as installed by dda. This alteration will result in difficulties for the other flat owners since the alteration will result in obstruction of flow in the planned severage systems and will also block the waste water flow and even it is not written to make room on the top of the building, he is using his police power to make that room which is attached with bathroom.in future it can be so dangerous for all o[censored]s and become a major reason for a big disaster.
