Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — Illegal dairy and buffalo's tabela

Dear sir/madam i wd like to draw ur attention towards an illegal buffalo tabela in 2nd Avenue chandan hola new delhi- 110074.it causes mosquitoes, bad smell, and cow dung waste, which can result in severe health related problems to us, like malaria.we told to the owner of tabela several times but he act like a gunda and threatening us.so as a responsible citizen of delhi i expect a serious action to be taken against him and stop his tabela immediately to save our health.thank you
