Dear Sir or Madam, Owner of Flat no 4, Pkt D Mayur Vihar Ph-II Delhi-91 along with the owners of Flat No 5-8 have illegally encroached the common staircase area, which in turn makes entire staircase case dark. Me and my husband both are Sr Citizen and finding difficult to move in staircase due to darkness in staircase. Moreover this encroachment makes staircase non ventilated and not safe if some fire brokes out in the building. Owner of flat no 4 also constructed two rooms illlegally on the roof top and shifted overhead water tanks. There is risky way to go to see watertank and we regularly face water problem. Several police complaints and online complaints with EDMC have already been filed but no action has taken yet. We are feeling harassed and further request you to take strict action and clear illegal encroachment. sir, we made many complaints but no effect. I once again request your goodself pl remove the boxes installed in staircase by 12c&12d. we r sr citizens feel difficult to go freely with luggage and this made staircase dirty and conjusted which is dangerous incase of emergency. pl do the needful at earliest bcoz owners 12c&12d encroached common space and said koi kutch nahi kar sakta.
