Mr. Vinod chawla r/o c-2c, pocket-2, flat no. 8, first floor, janak puri, new delhi-110058 constructing balcony back side and also planning to build toilet in the balcony without any permission of dda, mcd etc. There is a damage to my flat because of renovation work in their flat.in attached pic. You can see that he broke his wall from two places to make the entry gate to balcony, it will prevent sun light and air to my flat, you are requested to kindly stop this illegal construction immediately. We are senior citizen living alone in the flat no. 7 which is below the flat no. 8.
