Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — I'm complaining about dog on our street

I live at 2413 punjabi basti, subzi mandi, clock tower.
Our neighbours have a dog and they never tie any band or chain to him. And he's a very aggressive dog. Anybody who comes in the street he just goes onto him and barcks like anything and bites and scratches.
He never lets anybody in the alley. As and when anybody comes he just jumps over him and starts to bite and scratch. Everybody is very angry about this and our neighbours careless attitude. They are always like do what you can we will not tie him any chain.
Daily some delivery boy/water man/dhoodh wale/ our helpers all get through this and are very much terrified.
Please see into the matter and do something as soon as possible.

Hi,

There are a number of stray dogs in my street which has become a lot of trouble as they have attacked and a number of others in the area. Request you to please act on priority and get them picked up from the street as they may bite anyone anytime, creating a hassle. Please act on priority.
