I am a resident of jhang apartments, sector-13, rohini. I would like to draw your attention towards the rising nuisance of stray dogs in our locality. They have grown to 10-12 in number, chase and bite people create noise pollution by barking day and night. They also chase visitors, excrete and urinate in the stairs if the buildings or on porch of the houses. They have bitten many society members too. Hence it is my kind request that you take some needful step for the welfare of people of out locality.
