It has become a routine affair that switching on & switching off the entire rows of led street lights in our area are done "at will" by the linemen. Most often these lights become off, leaving entire areas in pitch dark. If it rarely is switched on in evening, by the time of mid-night these are switched off. It is obvious, that these street lights are switched-off intentionally, thus giving access to theft or criminal incidences. Now it has become a routine affair.
