Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — maintenance of parks and pruning of trees

Park repair to whom so ever it may be concerned. I'm a resident of mayur vihar phase 2 pocket-a. We have a park (Namely dussehra park / childrens park) in front of our home in which some area is encroached by the residents and poorly maintained. Trees are not getting pruned timely. Electrical cables and data cables are getting entangled in them. Due to this short circuit happened twice. Requested them to maintain properly but in vain. Also they are not allowing anyone to maintain the area.in this current pandemic situation when cleanliness and safety is top priority, i would be highly obliged if the same can be taken care of before any mishap happens.
