Dear Sir/ Madam, i am leaving in tughlakabad extn- Delhi my flat no is RZ 9/18 gali no.11, 1st Floor i have many time a complaint against our mischievous neighbours. My flat is situated at 2nd Floor there is leakage in ceiling of my bedroom & bathroom the Plumber of opinion that is due to leakage from the bathroom o[censored]pper floor flat & same the complaint to owner but there is no response from his side, he has been told that i will not get it for this cause, i am facing a serious problem of water leakege bathroom and due to which my wall and ceiling a dripping water and water dripping out side in street & papri falling down in my bed and face when i sleeping in my bed Kindly look into this matter & requesting you kindly help Regards, Shatrughan Das Mob: [protected]
