[Resolved]  Municipal Corporation Of Delhi (Mcd) — Census of Trees & there upkeep in Inderpuri

Dear MCD/ National Green Tribunal Team, Greetings ! We are residents of Inderpuri colony, New Delhi. We have been requesting our zonal MCD Horticulture office ( Karol Bagh Zone) from july 2013 to do the census of existing trees in our blocks & entire colony but till date there has been none. There are residents/ civic agencies who cut the trees for pruning without following the laid guidelines. The existing trees are not maintained by MCD as per the laid processes resulting in some of them in real bad shape. There are streets where there are no/very few trees & there has been no initiative my MCD to plant new trees. In particular to our request MCD Horticulture hasnt done anything yet. Request you to instruct MCD karol bagh Zone horticulture division to do the census as per the provisions of the law & upkeep the existing trees & plat new ones in the streets.
