Dear Sir/Madam, I want to draw your attention towards a very serious problem that is being faced by us---- the residents of Majlis Park, Adarsh Nagar, Delhi. Since last 8-9 months there are few stray dogs that are creating problems and cry all night. I want you to look into this problem as soon as possible and take necessary action.
