Municipal Corporation Of Delhi (Mcd) — complaint against dog owner

I am resident of Shorakothi, Pahar Ganj, New Delhi 110055 want to complaint against Mrs Ritu Kaur and her mother in law Mrs Rajinder Kaur resident of 4694, Shorakothi, Pahar Ganj, New Delhi for carrying a dog without licence. They let her dog in our small street for urinals results lots of smell and disease. Its very difficult for us to commute in our street and also very humiliating if some of our relatives come to meet us see that kind of dirty street. We are trying hard to clean our near by areas but failed because of that kind of low mentality people.
