Dear Sir / Madam,
I am resident of Ground Floor, B-52, Shish RamPark, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi 110 059, staying at this premises with my familyfrom last 7 years and this property is constructed around 10-12 years back.
I would like to lodge a complaint against illegalconstruction that is going to be carried out on top floor of my residence bySunil Malik, 2nd Floor, B-52, Shish Ram Park, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi 110 059. Please note that the base of this property have not enough strength tobear the load of one another story. This would be a great threat to our livesand property as well as other adjoins properties and we are suspecting thatthis property may collapse / damage due to this new construction.
Also this ill-legal construction is projectingdangerously in front of entrance of my house and is a great nuisance to my life. It is giving me a lot of mental stress andhad taken peace out of my life.
You are requested to kindly look into this matterand take a serious action against it to avoid any kind of disaster / misshapingin coming future.
