[Resolved]  Municipal Corporation Of Delhi (Mcd) — Complaint Against Mobile Tower Installed In Residental Area

R/ SIR,
I want to register a complaint against a vodaphone mobile tower installation in the residential complex on building AMIT HOUSE NO -46 POST OFFICE GALI, JAGJIT NAGAR, 3RD PUSTA NEW USMANPUR DELHI 110053. There is radiation hazard by it because they fixed it in residential area.
The mobile tower is installed in residential area and as per supreme court ruling, such towers are illegal and should be removed.
Now other mobile tower is to be prepare to installing on same premises on above address.
Old people continuously exposed to the harmful radiations being emitted from the tower and noise pollution it spreads day and night.
Actually lots of people are facing problem from mobile tower.

Some people is saying that we are getting pain in head.

Some people is saying that we are getting pain in chest.
I have already told him for removing that tower but they have not taken action on this matter.
Please remove mobile tower from above mention address so that we can save our life.
Please could you look at this complaint and escalate it to the right channel for proper action.

Complaint to remove mobile tower from residential area.

I am resident of sant nagar east of kailash new delhi 110065, and this tower situated H, No 300, sant nagar east of kailash new delhi 110065 and this tower just apposite on my house not more than 5 mtr. Mobile tower is installed of GTL infrastructure ltd. It is emitting hazardous EM radiations which is causing irritation, inflammation and itching on the skin. I would request you to kindly remove the tower as early as possible as it is the question of life and death of many people in my area. Kindly do Something.
This is to bring your attention thatthis mobile tower has been installed in a congested residential area and most of the people are not aware of the health hazards associated with it. However, people started feeling irritation, inflammation and itching on the skin.
Generator produces a lot of sound pollution and vibration on earth and in atmosphere( air ). We have feel a severe heavy sound attack in my heart and in my mind and echo sound from the reflection of gali (lane) and from the reflection of my room walls.
The tower location is very near to us, There are many senior citizen, pregnant women in area. This would defiantly cause a dangerous effective
to all of them. We really do not required this mobile tower near to us.
So please remove that mobile tower from residential area. We request you to look into the matter and take immediate action and I request to you personally kindly cancel license of tower and remove it immediately.

3 - POLE MOBILE TOWER IS BEING INSTALLED IN RESDENTIAL AREA WHERE PARK, TEMPLE SOCIETY PEOPLE ARE LIVING.

THERE IS NO APPROVAL OF SOCIETY MEMBERS. ALREADY THERE ARE MULTIPLE MOBILE TOWER GIVING SIGNALS SO WHY THIS NEW MOBILE TOWER. MOBILE TOWER IS ON THE TEMPLE BUILDING .

MOBILE TOWER IS PARK FACING & THIS WILL CREATE BIOLOGICAL IMBALANCE. WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO TOLERATE NOISE OF GENERATOR AND MOBILE EQUIPMENT S.

HARMFUL RADIATION WILL BE DEVELOPED IN SOCIETY HAVING CHILDREN & ELDERS.

THERE ARE ALREADY MOBILE TOWERS INSTALLED IN THIS AREA & THERE IS NO SIGNAL ISSUE THEN WHY NEW MOBILE TOWER.

I am a patient and the sound creates a lot of disturbance in our sleeping & rest. also no renter would like to live in our house due to this heavy noise.

Sir i see you as the only hope who can stop this. Sir please take immediate and effective steps as soon as possible to stop this. I will be very thankful to you

Complaint Against Illegal Mobile Tower Installed In Residential Area

Sir,

I am a resident of Sri Niwas Puri, there is a tower installed on the roof of S-13 A, Private Colony, Sri Niwas Puri, New Delhi 110065. This tower is installed in a residential area. It is very near to my house, This tower has many receptors of different companies, we are facing many health related problems, my daughter is having a permanent headache who is just only 13 years old, and now a days the same problem is being faced by me too. i feel severe headache, According to my family doctor it may lead to migraine. I have talked to my neighbours and they too feel these types of problems, due to radiation from the tower we do not want to face future problems. Our families including children living nearby will be exposed to high radiation risks. we are already suffering from the harmful radiation causing untimely death due to cancer of my neighbours.

Many complaints have been filed but no action has been taken.
As this tower is installed in a very dense populated area it is very harmful for us.
According to guidelines from Telecom Ministry, Govt. of India, no mobile tower can be installed in residential areas. Therefore, It is our kind request to please look into the matter and issue orders to remove the tower and save the families from towers emitting harmful rays at the earliest.
So I request you to look into this. Please help in taking care of families. looking forward to get your support at the earliest. Please take immediate and effective steps as soon as possible to stop this. I will be very thankful to you

With due respect that we are the residents of BLOCK A RAJPARK, Sultanpuri Delhi 110086, our neighbour Nawab & address is BLOCk A-212, RAJPARk(front property) has started installation work of MOBILE TOWER on their roof & above mentioned Property is also rented owner does not live here. The said building is situated in a densely populated residential area. I suppose according to the MCD guidelines no tower can be erected in a residential areas. Also as we all know that it causes very harmful effects on human living nearby and on the guidelines of Hon'ble Delhi High court towers are not allowed at residential areas, It creates many disease like Cancer and also affected the infant old people and specially pregnant women. It's radiation is very harmfull for all.

So please take appropriate action & stop as early as possible.

Also as we all know that It Causes very harmful effects on humans living nearby and on the guidelines of Hon’ble Delhi High Court Towers are not allowed at residential areas, It creates many diseases like Cancer, and also affected the infant old people and specially for pregnant women. महोदय आपसे निवेदन है कि आप उपरोक्त विषय में हमें अपना सहयोग दें ताकि हम अपने पड़ोस में मोबाइल टावर को हटा सके यह मोबाइल टावर पिछले कई सालों से हमारे पड़ोस के लोगों तथा बच्चों के लिए विभिन्न प्रकार कि संबंधित बीमारियां पैदा कर रहा है हम सभी लोग इस Mobile Tower से काफी परेशानियों के साथ जीवन बिता रहे हैं छोटे-छोटे बच्चे जिनके लिए यह अत्यंत हानिकारक है इससे काफी प्रभावित है यह हमारे पड़ोसी श्री सतीश अग्रवाल जिनका पता- मकान नंबर WZ-948, गली नंबर 14/A1, साध नगर, पालम कॉलोनी, नई दिल्ली 110045. है (अग्रवाल मसाला स्टोर / वेदांत स्टोर ) के यहां स्थित है इसके बावजूद यहां एक और टावर लगाने की तैयारी चल रही थी जिसे हमने समय रहते (June 2017) रुकवा दिया जिसके लिए हम सभी पड़ोसी लोग कतई राजी नहीं थे हम लोग पहले से ही बहुत परेशान हैं और चैन से सो तक नहीं पाते हैं कृपया हमारी सहायता करते हुए इस चिंताजनक विषय से हमें निजात दिलाएं हम इस लोकेशन पर स्थित Mobile Tower को हटाने के लिए एमसीडी तथा दूसरी विभिन्न संस्थाएं जो इसके लिए बनी है को भी अप्रोच कर चुके हैं आपसे अनुरोध है कि आप अपने विभाग से संबंधित कार्रवाई करते हुए इसे ( Mobile Tower ) यहां से हटाए.
1.थाना प्रभारी जी पालम कॉलोनी/गांव नई दिल्ली 110045. को 02/05/2017 को मोबाइल नेटवर्क टावर हटाने हेतु संयुक्त शिकायत याचिका दी थी.
2.हमने मोबाइल टावर हटाने के संबंध में 02/05/2017 को श्रीमान एस डी एम महोदय, एम सी डी कार्यालय कापासेड़ा, शिकायत दर्ज कराई थी जिस पर अभी तक की तरफ से कोई कार्यवाही नहीं हुई है.
3 .इन मोबाइल टॉवर्स को हटाने के लिए हमने शिकायत दिल्ली के श्रीमान उपायुक्त महोदय, नजफगढ़ जोन, दक्षिणी दिल्ली नगर निगम में 04/05/2017 को दर्ज कराई थी.
हमने यह शिकायत दो मोबाइल टॉवर धारक( व्यक्तियों ) के खिलाफ दर्ज कराई थी जिसमें की सबसे पहले श्री सतीश अग्रवाल जी जिनका पता- मकान नंबर WZ-948, गली नंबर 14/A1, साध नगर, पालम कॉलोनी, नई दिल्ली 110045. है (अग्रवाल मसाला स्टोर / वेदांत स्टोर ) आते हैं और दूसरे रमेश गुप्ता जी निवासी WZ-775, गली नंबर 16, साध नगर, नई दिल्ली 110045. में पहले से ही मोबाइल टावर लगा हुआ है जिससे हमें तथा हमारे परिवार के सदस्यों को विभिन्न बीमारियों से जूझना पड़ रहा है.
आपसे अनुरोध है कि आप अपने विभाग से संबंधित कार्रवाई करते हुए इसे ( Mobile Tower ) यहां जल्द ही से हटाए.

With due respect that we are the residents of Vipin garden uttam nagar full address (plot no 9 a vipin garden near gauri shanker mandir new delhi 110059), our immediate Neigbour living on fourth floor of building, has started installation work of MOBILE TOWER on their roof. This house is situated in a densely populated residential area. I suppose according to the MCD guidelines no tower can be erected in a residential areas. Also as we all know that it causes very harmful effects on human living nearby and on the guidelines of Hon'ble Delhi High court towers are not allowed at residential areas, It creates many disease like Cancer and also affected the infant old people and specially pregnant women. I already file complaint on 100 and they took picture and ask them to atop it. But on weekend lockdown he has starting his construction work and we again complaint to 100.
Few people come and thread us ( me and our mohalla people) that stop complaining otherwise some gujjar people will do this and that. We are scared and we want immediate help on this thing. Please check our complaint on 100 numbers there are 2 complaint from 2 different numbers from vipin garden location.

So please take appropriate action & stop as early as possible.
