Subject : Unauthorized Construction Five Neighbor House may be Collapse
Respected Sir,
It is submitted as :-
1. That I (Shahnaz Khatoon) am permanent resident of C-II/167, New Ashok Nagar, Delhi-96.
2. My neighbors Mohd Rafiq demolish his house and did not remove garbage from more than one year.
3. From Last year Jan-14 construction is going on.
4. Mr Mohd Rafiq is unauthorized construction on his plot C-II/167, New Ashok Nagar, Delhi-96 (Plot No. is same).
5. The labour using too much water for trai. Due to too much water five houses may be any time collapse.
6. I too many time complaint to Mr. Rafiq but he is not taking any action. Mr. Rafiq, His son and labour (7 persons) threaten to all o[censored]s.
7. Nowadays summer season and water of rain is also storing in the plot also.
8. Any time due to mosquitoes, garbage and water may be deceases will spread in all area.
9. If something happen in future then Mr. Mohd. Rafiq will be responsible totally.
It is therefore, prayed that a suitable action kindly be taken against culprits and protection be given to my family and me. In the interest of justice.
