To, The Commissioner, MCD, Delhi Sub:- Complaint against Unauthorized / illegal Construction at Residence No.210, Savitri Nagar, Sheikh sarai-1, New Delhi-110017 Respected Sir, We the residence/people of aforesaid locality are bring to your kind notice that there is an Unauthorized Construction is going on at Residence No.210, Savitri Nagar, Sheikh sarai-1, New Delhi-110017 in full swing after one time of MCD has broken above illegal floors they are still consecrations in above illegal floors, Sir this is question of human life's those are under this illegal contractions. The material are use by the builder are also not good and trusted quality and the norms of building consecrations are not followed by this builder are correct parameters of building constructions. There is no approvals from MCA dept, No NOC from Fire dept and even no height of the building is exceeding 45 mtrs. It is a matter of concern that owner of this property is constructing the building unauthorizedly as the entire construction of walls (from 1st Floor to 5th Floor) is erected on the Balcony, dangerously and the same might invite unavoidable disaster and may cause human losses as the entire load is put on the Balcony's. It is humbly submitted that please take appropriate action against this Unauthorized Construction at the earliest so that this dangerous construction can be stopped .
