Dear Sir, I am a resident of 46 block of East Patel Nagar, Delhi. There is a large number of street dogs around our area. These dogs have even bitten some people and children. They roam in groups and one even has some flesh eating disease and half his face is ininfected. This requires immediate attention in order to prevent disease outbreaks.
