This is Lt Gen Charanjit Singh. I went to Pradeep Singh MCD Sanwal nagar to collect RTI papers duly approved by approprite authority. This Person was rude, dismissive, negitive very unhelpful and unwilling to do his job. He is unfit to hold his job and deal with public.
