Municipal Corporation Of Delhi (Mcd) — disruption of water supply without informing people

Callous disregard of need of people have become the norm of MCD. They do not give prior notice via suitable channel of information before disrupting water supply----much necessary for citizen do store required amout of water for use during period of disruption. Secondly, there is no phone number or customer support number to know / inquire about the status of water supply... Such a helpline is very much required...
