Sir I am living at WZ 134 Virender, nagar street no.6 jail road new delhi 110058 .A white coloured in our lane biting 8 to 10 passersby regularly past few months. The said hide hersel[censored]nder any vehicle and caught anyone. It is a strret . Along with a black Dog is also bite. Please grab both of them so the lane residents may live fearless.
