Dear Sir/Madam This is to bring to your notice the problem of stray dogs in the area of AC Block of Shalimar Bagh ( Rohini Zone ), Delhi - 110088. The no.of stray dogs have increased and there are frequent occasions of dogs biting people walking in the streets & parks. One member of my family and two friends have already suffered dog bites in the last 10 days. The dogs have become uncontrollable and are a serious threat to small children and old people. People who go for a walk in the street or park are at a serious threat. Please look into the matter ASAP and send the dog catcher immediately.
