Sub.:- Dog Menace Dear Sir, This to bring to your notice that a stray dog in my colony is terrorizing bikers, pedestrians, hawker, etc. On a weekend I was standing in balcony and observed that in 1 hour of time span this dog has almost bitten 9 people.
